Mansoorah Hospital Lahore: Monthly Medicine & Dialysis Refreshments
AIBF's healthcare reach extends beyond the Bhera-Kadhee corridor to Lahore, where the foundation provides monthly medicine supply and dialysis patient refreshments to Mansoorah Hospital — one of the city's important charitable hospitals. Each month, AIBF procures and delivers essential medicines that serve over 1,000 OPD patients, covering common ailments from respiratory infections to gastrointestinal disorders. Additionally, AIBF provides refreshments — water, juice, biscuits, and light snacks — to dialysis patients who spend hours connected to machines during their sessions. Dialysis is an exhausting process, and even small comforts like a cold drink and a snack make a significant difference in patient morale and recovery. This Lahore operation represents AIBF's urban outreach, complementing its rural welfare Punjab programmes. The partnership with Mansoorah Hospital allows AIBF to serve patients from across Lahore and surrounding districts who cannot afford private healthcare. This dual-city healthcare model makes AIBF a uniquely positioned charity Pakistan organization, with active operations in both rural Bhera and metropolitan Lahore. Donors who donate Pakistan their contributions through AIBF benefit from this expanded reach, knowing their zakat distribution Pakistan funds serve patients in both settings. The NGO Sargodha-based AIBF continues to demonstrate that geography is no barrier to compassionate healthcare delivery.
