Lifeline for Thalassemia Children

Ramadan 2025: 125 Ration Bags Across 6 Localities
AIBF's Ramadan 2025 ration drive distributed 125 bags across Kadhee (78 bags) and Lahore (25 bags), plus 4 additional localities, totaling Rs 295,000.
Red Crescent Hospital: 12,800+ Patients in Year One
Since July 2024, AIBF has provided monthly medicine worth Rs 25,000–45,000 to Red Crescent Hospital Bhera, serving 12,800+ patients in the first year.

IELTS English Course at Zahoor Auditorium
AIBF launched an 8-week IELTS Basic English Course at the newly renovated Zahoor Auditorium, taught by Maida Bugvi (MA English, IELTS expert). Fee: Rs 3,000/month — all donated to AIBF. Scholarships available for deserving students.
Medicine, Surgery Support & Social Security
AIBF provided insulin, injections and medicine (Rs 7,510) for a woman needing hernia surgery, and helped activate her son's Social Security membership for ongoing coverage.

Books for a Brighter Future
A mother visited AIBF's Bhera office requesting textbooks for her daughter's 10th class exams. AIBF immediately provided the books and model papers.

Wheels of Independence
AIBF provided a wheelchair to a disabled individual in Khanna, restoring their mobility and independence.

30 Bags of Atta for Lahore Labourers
AIBF distributed 30 bags of atta (flour) worth Rs 27,150 to daily-wage labourer families in Lahore in January 2026.

AIBF provided a hand walker (Rs 5,700) to a 46-year-old woman suffering from multiple right leg ankle fractures, restoring her mobility.

AIBF invested Rs 450,000+ in completely renovating the Maulana Zahoor Ahmad Bugvi Auditorium with projector, speakers, lighting, dais, and internet. Inaugurated 3 August 2025.

Bhera Heritage Souvenirs: Tourism Products at Jamia Masjid
AIBF launched a range of Bhera heritage souvenirs — keychains, mugs, clocks, and postcards — sold at Jamia Masjid and 6 retail locations to promote tourism and fund welfare.
2,500+ Trees Across Two Seasons
AIBF's Green Plantation Drives planted 2,500+ trees across schools, mosques, graveyards, and residential areas in Bhera, Bugga, and Lahore.
100 Stationery Kits, 75 School Bags & 2 Water Coolers
AIBF distributed 100 stationery kits to Bugga students, 75 school bags to disabled school students in Bhera, and installed 2 water coolers at local schools.
Eid ul Azha: 200 Bags of Meat for 150 Families

Tuition for Four Labourers' Children
AIBF arranged a qualified female teacher to tutor 4 children of labourers in Lahore — teaching Math, Science, Urdu, and English — giving them an education their families could never afford.

Mansoorah Hospital Lahore: Monthly Medicine & Dialysis Refreshments
AIBF provides monthly medicine and dialysis patient refreshments to Mansoorah Hospital Lahore, supporting 1,000+ patients and dialysis patients each month.

Sewing Center Maliyar: Complete Setup
AIBF invested Rs 50,000 from sadqa donations to set up the Maliyar sewing center with 3 machines, iron, scissors, and carpet in April 2025.

917 Patients, One Village Dispensary
AIBF's Bugga dispensary treated 917 patients in one reporting period — ARI, skin infections, diarrhoea — serving as the only healthcare facility for the village.
Lifesaving Dialysis Support
AIBF donated Rs 75,000 for dialysis medicine at THQ Hospital Bhera, supporting 5 dialysis patients who cannot afford the life-sustaining treatment.

Quran & Islamic Curriculum at 3 Schools
Since December 2024, AIBF has been running Quran and Islamic curriculum programmes at Iqra School, Merryland School, and Mehta School in the Bhera-Kadhee region.
