2,500+ Trees Across Two Seasons

Bhera, Bugga, Lahore, Kadhee
Communities across Bhera, Bugga, and Lahore

AIBF runs biannual Green Plantation Drives — spring and monsoon. In February 2026 alone, 1,600 Eucalyptus and Poplar plants were planted at Bugga Sharif, with plans for 100 trees at the graveyard. Earlier drives included 500 saplings at schools in March 2025, 20 plants at UET Society Lahore, 30 trees in IEP Town, and 60 saplings at Jamia Masjid Bhera compound. Each sapling costs Rs 70-150. Student volunteers, local caretakers, and AIBF team members all participate in these drives, which also serve as community engagement events. The plantation drive Punjab initiative by AIBF has become a model for environmental stewardship in the region, drawing volunteers from across the NGO Sargodha network. This charity Pakistan green programme demonstrates that rural welfare Punjab extends beyond human welfare to include ecological restoration, making it easy for those who donate Pakistan to support a greener future.
