Mobility is something most people take for granted, but for a disabled person in Khanna, District Jhelum, it was an unaffordable dream. AIBF sourced and delivered a wheelchair costing Rs 11,500 plus Rs 1,550 for transport — a total of Rs 13,050. This was part of AIBF's broader disability support program which has donated 6 wheelchairs to individuals and hospitals across Bhera, Khanna, and surrounding areas. The foundation also donated a hand walker (Rs 5,700) to a 46-year-old woman with multiple right leg ankle fractures, demonstrating their commitment to matching the right assistive device to each person's specific needs. AIBF's disability support Pakistan initiative is one of the few programmes in the region addressing mobility challenges in rural welfare Punjab communities. Those who wish to donate Pakistan funds toward assistive devices can do so knowing every rupee reaches verified beneficiaries through this trusted NGO Sargodha district relies on.
