Every month without fail, AIBF distributes zakat to 10 carefully verified deserving families across Bhera, Bugga, Khanna, Maliyar, and Dhudian. Each family receives Rs 5,000 — totaling Rs 50,000 monthly. Recipients include widows, disabled persons, orphan families, and those facing medical emergencies. In the first distribution alone (March 2025), Rs 75,000 went to 20 families: Bugga (4 families, Rs 16,000), Khanna (2 families, Rs 10,000), Dhadhi (Rs 5,000), Bhera (9 families including a disabled person), and Malyar (4 families, Rs 16,000). Subsequent months saw sustained distributions including medicine for madrassah teachers, uniforms for girls, and hospital treatment support.
